What is on it
A purchase order is the buyer's offer to buy: who is buying, who is supplying, where to ship, the items with quantities and agreed unit prices, the delivery date, payment terms and shipping method, and who approved it. The vendor quotes the PO number on the invoice so the two documents can be matched line by line.
Totals and delivery
Line, discount, tax and shipping arithmetic is the invoice generator's, imported from that package rather than copied — a PO and the matching invoice therefore agree to the cent. The delivery date is typed, or computed as the order date plus the lead time in days; the page shows how many days that is either way.
Printing and limits
Print / save as PDF uses the browser's print dialog; the form is hidden and the document prints on A4. The text and CSV copies are for other systems. Nothing legal or contractual is checked here — the terms are yours. Nothing leaves the browser; the same four anonymous usage counts as the rest of the site apply.
