Ceiling Tile & Grid
Suspended ceiling take-off: tiles with centred borders, main runners, cross tees, wall angle and hangers for a room and tile module, in your stock lengths.
Tiles (full, cut, with waste and boxes), border sizes at each wall, main runner count and stock pieces, cross tees, wall angle length and pieces, and hanger count.
Example: 6.4 × 4.1 m with 600 × 600 tiles: 11 × 7 modules with 500 mm and 550 mm borders (45 full, 32 cut → 81 with 5 % waste), 6 main runners (11 × 3.6 m), 70 cross tees, 21 m of wall angle, 36 hangers.
