SLA Due Date & Business Hours
Add SLA hours to a start time counting only working hours — your working days, daily window and holidays — to get the due moment, or count business hours.
The due date and time, a day-by-day walk showing the minutes used each day (weekends and holidays marked), the calendar time that elapses, or the business hours between two moments.
Example: Ticket opened Friday 25 Sep 2026 16:30 with a 4-hour SLA on a 09:00–17:00 Mon–Fri desk → 30 min Friday, weekend skipped, due Monday 28 Sep 12:30 (4 080 calendar minutes later).

Due date
Starting at the moment the clock starts, the page walks day by day: a non-working day or holiday contributes nothing; on a working day it counts from the later of the start moment and the window opening to the window closing, using as much of the remaining SLA as fits. The day that exhausts the SLA gives the due time. A start before opening begins at opening; a start after closing begins the next working day.
Elapsed hours
In the other direction the same walk adds, for each working day between two moments, the overlap of that day’s window with the interval. Friday 16:30 to Monday 12:30 on a 9-to-5 desk is 30 minutes plus 3 h 30 — four business hours, though 68 calendar hours passed.
Left out on purpose
Wall-clock time in one zone: no time-zone conversion and no daylight-saving shifts. No national holiday calendar — paste yours. No pause states ("waiting for customer"), no per-priority schedules, no partial-day holidays. Those are policy, and the page shows its walk so you can check it against yours. Nothing leaves the browser; the same four anonymous usage counts as the rest of the site apply.
